Much, Much Later- A Hunger Games Fanfic Preface

Katniss and Peeta Mellark are gone, dead after so long, and their children live in the Capitol near a museum to honor their parent’s bravery, courage, and love. Unknown to them, secret Gamemakers are being born, fed and raised in the home of revenge. One night, all the people are gased out of every district and nuclear bombs blow everyone in thirteen up. 1-12 still has its children and are forced into a controlled, watched area of the Capitol. A boy and a girl from every ‘district’ is called and thrown into the districts again. But this time everything is gated in and horrible things have been added. Who will survive? Will the Gamemakers let anyone survive at all?

Well. I actually hate it. I think the ending of the series is fine. Why add on to it?

Aw, cheez! That was a little too harsh! I thought it was a good start to a story, but maybe add a bit more detail into it. It would be a good series on it's own, but you should probably not add on to the Hunger Games series. But I'd like to hear some more of what your writing. Please write more for me, please~!!!

Okay. You're just being mean. Gamemakers are creative here! And besides, who said anything had to be perfect?

Gamemakers don't exist that far into the future. They're killed off, remember?

Mean? It's constructive criticism, Luv. Take it. The writing world is harsh, and if you can't handle it, you'll get nowhere. You want to see mean? This is mean:

Dude. This sucks. This is the worst piece I've ever read. I can't believe you even dared to post it. Why would you even try to add on to the games? Collins is done writing books. Don't even TRY to start them up again. It won't get anywhere anyway. All it's going to be is just another remake of exactly what happened to Katniss. No one's going to read this. It's bland, not descriptive AT ALL, and you have a minute vocabulary range. And one boy and one girl from every district are called and thrown into the districts again? Excuse me? I believe you're looking for "Arena". And home of revenge? There's no possible place where they could hide this, not with such a good government. And the Gov. wouldn't just be thrown out like that. Seriously, think these things through.

Would you rather I'd have posted something like that?
