Dear to me is she, so who can she be?

She began bold and strong but dwindling was the world around her
while the others were brown
she was black

she dared to be different
because she was mightier than all the lions in the jungle
I saw that
and I wanted her
and so she was mine

and the through the time we had together
she grew t be wiser than I
and stronger than

She was the guardian of my life
the angel in my dreams
and the block of wood that from the start
helped my little 5 year old mind
grow into who I am now

Of coarse my angel could not stay
I know she's not to far away
but that's okay
because all the meaning her life bore
left an all out mighty roar
that rumbles through my life day after day
like the never ending after shock
of an earthquake

her release on life was painful by now I'd not fear
because i know he has received her here,
I know her love is always near
