Colorless Endings

Trapped
In a place
Where no one knows
Locked away in a tower
Where the sun
Ceases to shine

Warped
Beyond belief
As pale crimson light
Pierces the moon
And obliterates
The stars

Cursed
By the heavens
Which were meant to protect
Dragged down
Into the depths
Of our own dark hearts

Dead
To the world that surrounds
To the thoughts that penetrate
To the cries
For mercy
For love
For an end to it all

* claps * That was amazing! This really comes in with this book I'm writing called the Fire Queen. I'll show you a preview of that later this week. But still, keep up with the darkness thing! ( P.S. whenever I write about dark things, etc. I always think of a wolf hunting it's prey at night, which, by the way, is my favorite time of day)
