Prayer and Praise

Hello. Let's start a prayer and praise chain.

I'll go first. My friend, "Dragon," has some medical problems.
She refuses to let them beat her down, but needs help.

My brother is having a hard time staying out of drugs and alcohol. Lets all pray for him and hope he finds guidance. ^^

My friends brother has been kicked out of his house! Please pray for him!

I'll pray for all.

On a slightly selfish note, could I have prayer for my big decisions I'm beginning to make, involving university and the like? I want to get into writing for TV drama and the dream for me is to do Doctor Who. But I can't afford to go straight to university, especially not if I don't find a part-time job soon. So - yeah, I know it's nowhere near as important as the requests of those above me. But if you have a spare moment, please give me a thought.

I'm having a really hard time forgiving the principal and seventh grade consular at my school. I think I've forgiven the principal, but its really hard to forgive the consular. Please pray! I need your prayers and God's help.

Please pray for my sister's friends, who were recently killed in a car accident. They weren't drunk, it was just one of those accidents that takes lives from us. Also, for my sister, who's being really strong in order to care for her child while still grieving for her lost friends. You'll all be in my prayers as well.

Can y'all please pray for my grandmother in Ohio. She has alzheimers and has gotten soo much worse from the last year. Oh, and my cousin Cassie who is in Iraq, and we haven't heard from her in a while. And my Aunt Susan who may have tongue cancer.

My parents are having some SERIOUS issues between them. I'm not sure how much longer they can keep going together. Please pray for guidence for them and especially my dad, so he can get a new job and support our family better. That's all my mom really wants from him anyways.

I need help with my faith right now. I doubt, which is something kinda hard for me to admit on the internet. But you'll piece it together after seeing my prayer request. I want the faith of a mustard seed. Jesus said in the Bible that if you have the faith of a mustard seed you will say to that mountain 'go from here to there' and it will. NOTHING will be impossible for you. I want that kind of faith. Please Jesus. I know I need to wake up. I need that to. I'm trying. But I need to stop trying and actually start doing. Please.

Luv, you have a heck of a lot more faith than anyone I know. For real. It's not possible to have that much faith, because humans are naturally selfish, but girl, you have been uber faithful from day 1. Keep going ^^

I need help getting out of a hole I've dug for myself. It involves profanity, and someitmes pornography. I need to get away from it all, but it seems so much bigger than I am. Help!

I'd just like you guys to thank God for making an invisible appearance in my life. It's not that hard to believe in God. But believing you believe... paradox, I know, but He's been there.

I just want to pray for everybody on this planet, especially the ones that are having problems in their family and drugs or alcohol problems.

I don't know if you will, but I'd just like whoever reads this to pray for my parents. They're constantly arguing and no, divorce isn't close on the horizon, but we can't go on like this. I'm sure God doesn't want this. You don't even have to include me in your nightly prayers. Just solemnly now, wherever you are pray for me and everyone on this list.

My friends great-grandmother fell down the stairs. As of right now she is through surgry and recovering, but she's frail and has other health problems, too. Please pray for her, and everyone else on this list, too.

My friends grandmother fell and broke her hip and is now in recovery (the same person Rach is praying for). Please pary for her and her family. Also, another friend's grandma has cancer, but they don't know much yet. Well, if they do the info is staying with family. Pray for her and her family too. I'm praying for ya'll!

I think my doubt is going away too! Hooray! Pray for it to completely go away and give praise that it is!!

I got saved two weeks ago on the 23 of January. And today at 11:00am, I was baptized! It was amazing and wonderful. I LOVE today. Thank you Jesus, for saving me!

Praise the Lord for another answered prayer, lately I had problems with my other group of friends and I didn’t know the reason why. They don’t even speak to me and when I try to ask those whats wrong they don’t mind me. I read a book titled ‘Being a Christian without being Religious it tells us that Being a Christian doesn’t mean we need to follow laws it’s the result of our good work to follow by the grace of our God.i read that I should leave it all to God and let the holy spirit work on it and just awhile ago I met a group of people who were really dedicated to Christ and we share a similar hobby of bodybuilding/lifting weights they told me that they are doing this for dedication to Christ and take care of our earthly body I just wanted to praise God.

So, if any of you happen to hang around and see this, I just wanted to ask you all to please pray for my aunt. I just found out today that her cancer, which she has been fighting for ten years, has returned and made its way into her lymph nodes. She's one of the strongest women I know, in her faith and in her life, and her daughter, my cousin, is one of my best friends. Please, just keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

I just read this the other day in my Bible. Its not Scripture, but a little add-in about Hosea 14:4.
'God declared his boundless love for Israel. When our will is weak and our conscience is burdened with a load of guilt, we can remind ourselves that God offers forgiveness and boundless love. When friends and family desert us or don't understand us, when we are tired of being good, God's love knows no bounds. When we can't see the way or hear God's voice, when we lack courage to go on, when our shortcomings or an awareness of our messed-up lives overwhelms us, God's love knows no bounds. Regardless of how things seem or even how you feel, you can rely on this truth: God's love knows NO BOUNDS.'
I started crying in my guided study (thats when I read my Bible every day) because just the night before, I became aware of how I was forcing emotion into the journaling of my prayers, trying to find something to keep me going because in the begining it had been wonderful, but now it wasn't. I'd asked God to break my heart and put emotion back in.
Obviously, He did. And that's a fantastic PRAISE!
